Over recent months there has been a significant increase in kite debris including 100’s of metres of line littering the Common. Discarded line can be harmful to people and wildlife. This has been most noticeable on the hills covering Bidders and 1. island sub-sites. Kite flying is permitted but please take any associated litter away with you.
A new test scrape has been dug on the Mill House sub-site part of the Common, to the north of the Ecology Centre.
