At the end of January work will commence on clearing scrub growing on the side of the pond facing out towards the Common. The project will be undertaken in stages and continue over the next 12-18 month period.
Over the next few weeks, selected areas of bramble will be cut. Areas included are on Bidders, Mill House, 7 islands and Gunsite subsites. This will facilitate the regeneration of grassland.
The car park height barrier was recently damaged by an unknown vehicle. This is due to be repaired on 16/6/2026. To facilitate this work the car park will be closed during its repair.
