Most of the roadside verges will be cut with a tractor mounted flail over the next week.
Mitcham Common Management Plan 2023-2028
A public consultation on the new plan was held from 5 September to 16 October 2022. Consultation submissions and the Conservators’ responses and amendments to the plan can be viewed on the link below. At the Board meeting on 18 January 2023 the Conservators formally adopted the new management plan.
Croydon Road Trees
For safety reasons, a row of four Poplar trees growing adjacent to the Croydon Road shared footpath will be felled in the near future.
