Cross Country Run

Depending on weather conditions, hay-cutting will start on 15th July. To facilitate large vehicle access, Mill House Ecology Centre car park will be closed on the 16th and 17th July.

Over recent months there has been a significant increase in kite debris including 100’s of metres of line littering the Common. Discarded line can be harmful to people and wildlife. This has been most noticeable on the hills covering Bidders and 1. island sub-sites. Kite flying is permitted but please take any associated litter away…

The Fair will be arriving on Monday 22 June and be open to the public on 27-28 June and 2-5 July from early afternoon until 10pm in the evening

Haymaking is scheduled to start next week. For operational reasons the Ecology Centre Car Park will be closed on the mornings of 17 & 18 July

On Good Friday parishioners of St Michael’s Church in Pollards Hill will walk their traditional ‘Way of the Cross’ procession. This year part of the route will be on Mitcham Common
