Acid Grass clearance
Various areas on Bidders, 7 islands, Mill House and the Golf Course sub-sites will undergo acid grass clearance over the coming week. This will reduce scrub encroachment and help improve the sensitive acid grassland areas.

Burst Water Main
In the early hours of Tuesday 3 February a large diameter water main, running over the Fairsite, burst and flooded much of the surrounding land. Spraying
Spraying is taking place on Mitcham Common 7 islands near Cedars Avenue and on Bidders subsites on 28th and 29th May. This is to control bramble and tree regeneration.
